Problem
Citadel Developers had no digital presence when they approached us. For Callista, they needed to connect with a highly niche audience of affluent buyers, a challenging task given Mangalore’s market dynamics. Their existing website lacked optimization, and competitors were outshining their efforts, stealing traffic and leads.
We created a digital marketing plan for Citadel Developers, focusing on building their brand and generating quality leads. We developed a strong brand identity with premium ad creatives that appealed to high-net-worth individuals and emphasized the exclusivity of Callista. We built a fast, user-friendly landing page to improve conversions. For Google Ads, we targeted luxury keywords and international audiences while also running competitor campaigns to improve visibility. On Meta platforms, we tested various ads and scaled the most successful ones, along with remarketing to re-engage prospects. YouTube ads were used to keep Citadel top-of-mind and nurture leads. This strategy helped Citadel stand out in Mangalore’s luxury real estate market and attract high-quality leads.
